Customer churn request

Request the transfer of National Meter Identifier (NMI) from one retailer to another

Historical data request

Historical electricity data is available to retailers, customers and their authorised representatives for any site that has an interval meter installed. Historical data can be requested at a site, National Meter Identifier (NMI) or at an individual meter level and can be provided in the following formats:

  • Interval data - provided at either 15 minute or 30 minute intervals.
