The Plant Outage Procedure 1.0 was approved on 19 October 2020. Power and Water would like to thank all parties who were involved in the consultation process to develop this new procedure.
The Plant Outage Procedure now applies to generation, transmission, or distribution plant connected to the Northern Territory regulated power systems for which the Power System Controller is responsible for coordinating and sanctioning in order to manage the risk of system security and reliability.
